A notation for linking to pages on other wiki servers. Here's an example:
ZWiki:[http://hometown.aol.com/ph3ntik/index.html#0]?
that is, two WikiName(s) separated by : . The first must be a local page containing a RemoteWikiURL, the second is the name of the page on the remote site.
